Ndanu and The BlueJeans LIVE at Mercury Lounge

I want to be the first to say that I didn't name my band the BlueJeans. They did that themselves because they showed up at our first gig in January all wearing blue jeans and a button down... I guess the joke is on me for telling them to "come as they are". How was I supposed to know that they had the same definition of individually. The comedy really does write itself. Life is funny that way.

Wow. I can't believe it is April. Time really is flying and there is no time like the present. I just had the most amazing show at Mercury Lounge with Joe Grisanzio and Mojo and the Mayhem. I thought the show went well even though I was fighting jetlag and seasonal allergies. Gotta love Spring time in the north east. There is nothing like it. I am externally grateful for my band (Abby Rodriguez, Jaz Koft, John Ganun, and Piper Woods) for being an amazing musicians, collaborators and friends. I am doing things scared, and they are pushing me to be better. May we all be so lucky to get that push.

I have another gig on May 5th with Joe Grisanzio. I am very excited for us to share the stage together. Should be a fun night!
